Suzy clearly takes a lot of pride in what she does. Her attention to detail was impressive, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She took the time to make sure everything was done right and that I was comfortable throughout the process.

The atmosphere was also great. It was relaxed, comfortable, and didn’t feel rushed or clinical.

As a guy who wants to look better and “refreshed” without looking like I’ve “had work done,” I really appreciated Suzy’s approach. I’m very happy with the results and, more importantly, with the overall experience.

She took her time, answered all of my questions, gave me so much genuinely helpful advice. I also felt  like i  learned so much during this appointment as she's incredibly knowledgeable, but also kind, thoughtful, and has an excellent bedside manner.
The office  itself is beautiful, everything ran on time, and the whole visit felt effortless. I actually walked out in a genuinely good mood , that's not something I usually associate with cosmetic appointments, and I think it says a lot about the kind of energy and professionalism she brings..
